Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for receiving, receipting and depositing all monies coming into the Township.  The majority of the funds we receive are then disbursed to other entities, including the State, County, and schools. Funds are invested according to State Statute to be safe and available when needed to pay claims, payroll and bond payments.

At 8.7206 mills for 2021, Delhi Township’s operating millage is one of the lowest in Greater Lansing and supports our continued efforts to make our community a great place to live, work and raise a family. We use the operating millage to make critical investments in projects that help us continue providing the services our community relies on, like infrastructure and public safety. We have a proven track record of transparency and accountability, and have received clean financial audits for the past 35 consecutive years.

At Delhi Township, we know tax dollars are precious. That’s why we work hard to make sure local taxes are used wisely so we can continue investing in our community’s future.

Taxes and sewer accounts are billed and collected in the Treasurer's Office.
